Overview of ADHD Her Way

1.1. ADHD Her Way is an online coaching business program that offers group coaching, online programs, community memberships, and other educational offerings.

Relationship with Johanna Badenhorst: Psychology and Coaching Services

2.1. About ADHD Her Way and Johanna Badenhorst:

  • ADHD Her Way is operated by Johanna Badenhorst, an registered Educational and Developmental Psychologist.
  • While Johanna Badenhorst is a registered psychologist, the programs offered by ADHD Her Way are coaching-based and do not constitute psychological services, therapy, or treatment.

2.2. Acknowledgment of Non-Therapeutic Relationship

  • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that:
    • Participation in ADHD Her Way programs or services does not create a therapeutic relationship with Johanna Badenhorst.
    • The content and coaching provided are distinct from psychological treatment or therapy.

2.3. Ethical Guidelines and Access Restrictions

  • To adhere to ethical guidelines, including those outlined by the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA):
    • Current clients of Johanna Badenhorst’s psychology practice cannot participate in ADHD Her Way coaching services or programs.
    • Participants in ADHD Her Way services cannot subsequently become clients of Johanna Badenhorst’s psychology practice.

2.4. Support Beyond Coaching Scope

  • Should participants require personalised psychological support or mental health treatment, they are encouraged to seek referrals through their General Practitioner or local mental health service providers.
  • If issues arise during participation that are beyond the scope of ADHD Her Way’s coaching relationship, Johanna Badenhorst may recommend external services for specialized support.

2.5. Termination of Participation

  • Johanna Badenhorst reserves the right to terminate a participant’s registration in ADHD Her Way services at her sole discretion.
  • In cases of termination for reasons deemed appropriate by Johanna Badenhorst, a full refund of registration fees may be provided.

Privacy and Disclosure of Personal Information

3.1. As part of your participation in its services, ADHD Her Way needs to collect and record information from you.
3.2. There are certain circumstances under which your personal and sensitive information may be used or disclosed without your prior consent, such as when required by law or to ensure safety.
3.3. We request that you read our Privacy Policy to ensure your thorough understanding of ADHD Her Way’s data management procedures.

Technology Requirements

4.1. ADHD Her Way services are provided online, utilising platforms and products such as Zoom and other web-based technologies. You are responsible for the costs associated with setting up the technology needed to access online content and participate in video conferencing sessions.
4.2. To access ADHD Her Way services, you will typically need:

  • A computer, tablet, or smartphone.
  • Headphones or speakers.
  • A video camera (optional).
  • A private room or quiet space. When participating in group calls, please use headphones or ensure privacy to protect the confidentiality and safety of the group.

4.3. While ADHD Her Way strives to implement strong privacy measures, the privacy of any communication via the internet is potentially vulnerable and limited by the security of the technology used.

Intellectual Property

5.1. The ADHD Her Way website, all content provided within the website, downloadable materials, programs, and other offers are the intellectual property of ADHD Her Way.
5.2. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any visual, auditory, software element, or document from the ADHD Her Way website or its programs and services is prohibited unless specific written permission has been granted.

Fees, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

6.1. Fees, cancellation policies, and refund policies for specific offers, programs, or products are stated on the relevant Participant Consent Form and/or sales page and can be provided upon request.

Consent to participation in the ADHD Her Way Coaching Program 

  1. I confirm that I have read and understood the information in this document about ABC Coaching and I acknowledge the following:
  • ADHD Her Way is a coaching service. Although the ADHD Her Way program Johanna Badenhorst is a registered psychologist, this is not a psychological service and I will not be receiving psychological services, treatment, advice or therapy in the course of my participating in the ADHD Her Way program; 
  1. I am not an existing client of Johanna Badenhorst and I have not previously accessed psychological services provided by Johanna Badenhorst; 
  2. As a result of my participation in the ABC Coaching Program, I am precluded from accessing psychological services provided by Johanna Badenhorst for a minimum period of 6 months from the completion of the ADHD Her Way program, or any longer period at Johanna Badenhorst’s sole discretion; 
  3. I have read and understood the ADHD Her Way Privacy Policy.
